Veterinary Recruiter – Remote, Commission Only

We’re looking for a driven, relationship-focused Veterinary Recruiter to join our growing team. This is a fully remote opportunity ideal for someone who thrives on connecting great veterinarians with the right practices—and wants to be rewarded directly for their success.

What You’ll Do:

Source, engage, and build relationships with veterinarians and specialists
Partner with veterinary hospitals to understand hiring needs
Manage the full recruitment cycle from outreach to placement
Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout their job search
What We’re Looking For:

Experience in veterinary recruiting or the veterinary industry preferred
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently
Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for helping people grow their careers

About us:

VetProCentral is an independent, female owned veterinary recruiting firm. Gwendolyn Delavar started VetProCentral in 1992, following a successful career as a veterinary technician, practice manager, and veterinary consultant. VetProCentral works nationwide in recruiting all types of veterinarians, managers, and technicians for all veterinary practice profiles. Currently we are a team of six recruiters and two veterinary sourcers with headquarters based in San Diego CA and recruiters based in CA, CO, CT and OK.

Gwendolyn is also the founder of the National Veterinary Talent Acquisition Association (NVTAA) which launched in 2024. She also is collaborating with the NVTAA in setting up the first Certification program for veterinary recruiters. Ms. Delavar is also the author of Your Veterinary Dream Team – A Practical Guide to Attracting and Retaining Top Talent.
